Located in the Cline Ridge neighborhood that is very peaceful. The neighbors are great and it has great water access at this property. We do ask to be mindful of loud music or yelling out of respect for neighbors.

-TVA begins pulling the water level down in November to winter level. November-March you will not be able to pull a boat into the slip and the dock will be dry docked.

-1 bathroom has been remodeled, the other two bathrooms are not updated with a modern look
-In the living area downstairs has a garage door on one wall.
-The stairs in the home are original and some step risers may be of slightly different length.
