Beautiful lake front home with some of the best views of the lake with a covered dock. Enjoy the views from the top deck or lower patio while sitting in the hot tub, fire pit in the back yard, or on the dock! We also have two kayas for you to enjoy! If you don't want to go out for the day or just want to take a rest for the night then make sure to enjoy our amazing game room or sit back and enjoy the home theatre with surround sound! This is a beautiful quiet neighborhood in rural Winchester that is located right on the lake! We have a dock that you can hang out or swim around but there is no boat slip so you will not be able to park a boat there unless it is just for minimal time to get on and off of the dock. We have an oversized driveway for your boat as well! In the winter, TVA lowers the water level to winter levels. December-March the dock maybe inaccessible due to a steep grade in the gangway to the dock caused by the lower water levels. Caution should be used during these times if trying to access the dock.

This was SUCH a beautiful place to stay. Recently renovated, very thoughtful amenities, very responsive hosts. They are kind and helpful. The stairs are very steep down to the lake, as most places are, in case of any ADA needs. Would definitely stay again!

We had a blast! Everything about the house, location, and experience was better than we expected. The house was beautiful, clean, and spacious. We loved the large kitchen, 2 fridges, the game room, hot tub, and of course the views! I spent so much time on the dock and on the deck. We liked kayaking over to the island and in the cove. It was nice that the driveway was level and there was plenty of parking. Walmart was nearby, and it was also a short drive to disc golf and Tim’s Ford State Park. We would definitely stay here again!
