-Dock has seasonal water and water will not be at the dock November-MId April. You can still use the kayaks to walk down to the water's edge during those timeframes and sit on the dock.

Please note there are steps going to the dock. 2 beds (king and queen) are on the main level if you or your guests are not able to handle stairs well.
