Hickory Haven

Fantastic stay for fall break for our family of 5! It was exactly what we needed for a relaxing, low-key vacation! The house was spacious, but cozy, well stocked, and comfortable beds! We loved the game room, hot tub, the dock, and kayaking! Renting the golf cart is a great bonus! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. I enjoyed taking walks in the evenings and seeing so many deer standing near the path just watching! Restaurants and grocery stores are about a 20-30 minute drive, but grocery delivery from Wal Mart wasn't a problem at all! Highly recommend to anyone looking for an air bnb that is fun for the whole family!

Provided everything we need for a great time. We were very pleased.Beds slept well. Enjoyed the large downstairs and the firepit outside. Hot tub was nice but didn't have much water pressure. I do think the golf cart should be included and not an add-on. Its almost a must for getting to the dock. Dock is approximately 0.3 miles from the house. We only had one small issue but it wasn't even important. The sound system in the living room is not working. I only mention it because it is in the description of the property. It would have be a nice to have but not even a consideration in renting. We didn't even contact the property owners.Great place, great location. Dollar General is close. Walmart is 24 minutes away. We had great weather for most week.Water was still warm enough to swim. So we enjoyed the dock amenities. Paddle boards, Kayak, etc. Used our own fishing equipment and they were not biting but it didn't really matter. We were at the lake. Life is just different at the lake. Love Tims Ford!

We had a group of 10 for a bachelorette “camp” weekend and we LOVED this place! It was perfect for everything we needed. The dock with the slide and the second story was amazing! We cooked a lot so we appreciated the massive kitchen and dining room table. Fire pit and hot tub was amazing too! Thanks for everything!
