Off the living room is Jack Daniels themed bar area equipped so you can catch your favorite game or show while taking in water views through the large bay  windows.

The master bedroom fireplace does not function.  There are no lights at the dock.

The property has seasonal water and the water levels will begin dropping in October and will not return to normal levels until May.  During this time, you may not be able to get a boat into the slip.  You are still welcome to venture down by the water's edge to fish, kayak, or sit and enjoy the water.

We came to relax and fish with our four sons. The dock was wide enough for multiple kids to fish at once and the kayaks were a hit. 

The biggest detail to point out to future guests is that the incline from road to house and house down to lake is very steep!! We are an active family and it was a physical effort to make the trip up to the house from the deck. It’s a beautiful location but would not be advisable for elderly people nor anyone with physical limitations." (10/5)
