This home comes with a long driveway that has enough room to park up to 6 vehicles and your boat trailer. This is also a great neighborhood to bicycle, jog or just take a peaceful stroll and look for wildlife! Enjoy the fire pit outside with wood provided at the home.

The owner's boat will stay in the slip at the home but you will have the other slip available to you. The tritoon boat is available for rent March-October and temps must be above 40 degrees. It is a Crest Tritoon with a 200hp motor. Daily price is $599 May-September and $399 March-April and October. To rent the boat you must be 25yrs of age or greater, have boating experience, sign an insurance waiver, and in TN if you were born after Jan 1, 1989 you must possess a valid boater's license to operate the vessel.

In the winter, TVA lowers the water level to winter levels. December-March the dock maybe inaccessible due to a steep grade in the gangway to the dock caused by the lower water levels. Caution should be used during these times if trying to access the dock.
