You are also centrally located and only 5 minutes from Twin Creeks Marina and downtown!

-This is beautiful boutique gated community that is lake front and has lake access and a pool over looking the lake!
-The pool and kayak launch are 1 minute walk, about 100 yards from the home. The pool is seasonal and available Memorial Day-Labor Day.
-This is an amazing cottage right next to the lake. The master and 2 bathrooms are downstairs. 2 bedrooms, game room and work space are upstairs.

-Enjoy the nearby pleasure's of Walnut Hill Coffee Shop or have lunch/dinner at Filo's at the Winchester Town Square.
-Jack Daniel's Distillery is a short drive away where you can embark on a tour and tasting.

The home is in a gated community and the homes are very close together. Outside of the community gate there is an older neighborhood.
