The home is in a great location 5 min from Twin Creeks Marina where you can rent a boat or eat at Drafts and Watercrafts Bar and Grill(Open May-Mid October) or also 5 min away is downtown Winchester where you'll find multiple options to eat, drink, and shop.

The home is in a small quiet gated community. Parking is limited to 3 vehicles in the driveway. No parking on the road. There is an area where an additional vehicle can be parked outside of the gated community if needed.
